jis and jcis product information

Our quality is world class and all our parts are REACH / ROHS compliant.  Micro size screws to JCIS or to drawing are offered from 0.6 mm to 2 mm diameters to the medium or large production user in a variety of thread forms and head shapes.

Type of Heads

• We supply to JIS B 1111, JIS B 1122 and JIS B 1188. In Phillips Drive. Please ask if you require any other drive.
• Pan, Bind, Brazier, Csk, Truss, Hex
• Ultra thin heads can also be offered = 0.5 - 0.6 mm thick. Nuts and washers to match.

Type of Threads

• We supply to JIS B 1111, JIS B 1122 and JIS B 1188.
• Machine thread, S Type, P Type, B Type , Tapping and many others.

Screw and Washer assemblies (Sems units)

• We supply to JIS B 1188 in any thread form required.
• Washer combinations include plain, outside tooth, spring and many others

Special Micro Screws to Drawing

We are able to manufacture any micro screwing to a customers drawing are offered in medium or large production batches. Two blow and Multi Die cold forming can be offered.

Optical Sorting, Self locking patches and kitting

• Optical and laser sorting can be offered where a very low ppm level is required. Ideal for robotic assembly.
• Self locking glue patches on all screws is available.
• Kitting of various fixings in one bag labeled to your needs is available
