Japanese Industrial Standard Specifications = we offer as shown below.
Heads supplied = JIS B 1111 / JIS B 1122 / JIS B 1188 = Phillips Drive = Pan, Bind, Brazier, Csk, Truss, Hex.
Threads supplied = JIS B 1111 / JIS B 1122 / JIS B 1188 = Machine thread, S Type, P Type, B Type , Tapping and many others.
Screw and Washer assemblies (Sems units) = JIS B 1188 = any thread forms. Washer combinations include = Plain, outside tooth, spring and many others.
Nuts , Washers , springs , machined small parts , pressed small parts , clinching fastenings , e clips , and many other plastic fastenings to JIS Available.
Special Fastenings to your drawings are offered in medium and large production batches. Two blow and Multi Die cold forming can be offered.
Materials = Steel to SWRCH 08 – SWRCH 50 (C1008 – C1050).
Stainless Steel to SUS 304 – SUS 410.
Other materials available i.e Brass, Aluminium etc
Heat Treatment = case hardening and through hardening to JIS.
Plating Finish = RoHS Compliant = Zinc, Zinc Black, Nickel, Black Nickel to customer salt spray requirements.
Optical and laser sorting to offer a very low ppm level, for robotic assembly on all fixings, as the customer needs.
Self locking glue patches on all screws is available.
